Problem for Motorola HDT101 DTV Receiver

Password forgotten

had unit given to me, no one remembers password and it aint 0000. How to reset?? There's a button inside the case that seems to do a reboot-type-thing but still can't get past the password issue...It always says no to 0000 and i dont have time to go thru that many permutations manually......any help would be super cool
