Its a common problem you have to take the back off and remove the hard drive. Then remove the board. once you do that you are able to get to the thumb wheel. If you are unable to get it to work then you will have to get a new wheel off of an old x3030. If you decide its too much let me know and i will buy it from you just dont throw it away.......
