You really dont need the remote all changes are accessible from the controls on top of the machine.
If you select the menu button then picture you will notice that the 'Aspect Ratio' is greyed out. What you wiil need to to do to make this operable is to connect your video/dvd device.Once the projector is through searching and picture is set up you will find that you are able to make changes to the Aspect Ratio. ie highlight and then hit the select button to select native 16;9 or 4;3

Hope this is useful and not to late.

Color was working fine, now display s in black and white.

the colorwheel need replacing. are there pieces of glass rattling around in the projector? it may also be a setting. reset the settings to factory default. if it doesn't change, the colorwheel is shot. you'll need to get the part from or send it in to an infocus authorized service center. try av solutions in ny. they're pretty good.

Smalll Picture

Hello,
In the projector's menu under "aspect ratio" is sounds as though you have it set to "native"
this setting usually results in a small image.
Try either the 16x9 or the 4x3 setting depending on the aspect ratio of the source. I hope this helps you.

Cheers
