The door don't open

Hi everybody,
I have a s47 here in Brazil. Well, Panasonic don't have any assistence for this product here. The problema is that I never use it( I bought it in "Paraguay" but it cames with this problem), the door don't open...the message "open" apear in the display but...
Neither assitence here was capable of fix it! They said Panasonic from Brazil don't have assistence for this model! I Think it's related with the internal mechanism of the door...
Will I have some solution??
