Thanks - it is possible that the motor is not working correctly - there is a mild humming sound so I assume it is...
As a brand new fridge it should work without having to add/restart anything, correct?
Yes, you are right!
swich off the fridge for 2 minutes and switch on again. monitor the sound and the load it takes, initially there will be slight jerky sound and vibration as the compressor starts. you can also touch and feel the vibration on the body of the fridge. also humming sound can be of the internal fan which is woking inside the vegitable compartment.
