Question about Panda ANTIVIRUS ED PLT 7.0 1YR 26-50 (B1PACEEC) for PC
My son is having major problems getting onto the internet with Panda. He says the screen just goes blank when he tries. If he takes Panda off he has no problems
Can you help?
Thanks for posting on Fixya!
If you are having problems with Panda software, try using the Panda uninstaller located at the following link.
Once you run the uninstaller, reboot, then check your programs list to see if it is gone. Then remember to create a restore point BEFORE you install things like protection software (antivirus, anti-malware, cleanup and tuneup software) to your system. This will keep stuff like this from making you feel helpless when your system turns out to be incompatible with it, for whatever reason.

Was this a legitimate version of Panda that was purchased or is it shareware/cracked version?
If it's legitimate, is there any other software on system that may be conflicting with Panda, such as old antivirus software, firewalls, or outdated spyware software? If so, remove them then try to reinstall Panda.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
