We have had our machine 4 to 5 years, coffee not tasting the same, seems to be watered down some, it start out dark then seems to just push water thru. Any help, should the machine be serviced

As a retired Electronics Tech, I have never worked on an Expresso machine but have worked on my own WestBend. Problem you indicate seems to show that the contact points are worn on the unit and need to be replaced.

I have a gaggia cubika 74511, its new but when i put it on for the first time it will not release water from the coffee dispenser.. I have tried it with the coffee filter and without... No water is being...

I had the same problem but it was not a new machine (about 1 year old). I found the solution by replacing the valve inside the group head. It cost a matter of a few pounds and very easy to fit. In the middle of the spreader shower plate there is a screw. Undo this and take off the shower plate and you will find a threaded bolt that has the thread that holds the screw you just took out. Carefully undo the bolt and the valve drops out. This is the part that I replaced. Replace with the new valve and re-fit the shower plate. Be careful not to overtighten the valve as it can snap. It worked for mine and has worked well ever since. It might be worth taking the current valve out and wash it then put it back before ordering a new one. It could just be blocked.

Gaggia Titanium only buttons that are working are the large coffee and the menu button?? Nothing else does anything....no hot water, no espresso therefore no up and down arrows for the menu button!!! I...

Had exact same problem (same two buttons worked). One of two button connection ribbons (wires) had disconnected inside the electronic box in machine. Simple was is to remove the top, open electronic box, reconnect grey ribbon (back left for me), and electronic tape onto connectors. Just did this, all worked for me.

There is no steam coming out of the spout....CUBIKA GAGGIA...and it steams from the main body of the machine. please help!! Thanks

Check the end of the wand that might be blocked, use a paperclip to clear. If that does not work then the valve needs to be replaced.

Steam not working

i dont know your location, but you can check this sites mentioned above:

www.oemmeci.it
www.nuovaricambi.it
or you can check in car parts shops at your location, you should look at parts> sealings for brake pipes.... you request the sealing from rubber named VITON or SILICON.

Gaggia cubika, weak coffee.

Basing on personal experience (you can find more on Google probably), solutions are:

On percolated (filter) coffee machines:

Check water temp, if water temp is insufficient , most common is scale heating element , faulty element, faulty thermostat.
Check if water is dripping right at the center of the filter, if it is dripping on one side because the orifice is clogged, that can result in weak coffee.
Coffee blend not well distributed on filter basket.

On Espresso machines:

Check water temp, same as filter coffee machines (thermostat element, scale on heating chamber).
Ensure that coffee is filled correctly in the filter cup (fill at level), and well pressed.
Ensure that the coffee mixture that you are using is not too coarse, buy the apposite one for espresso.
Ensure that you are not leaving the machine brewing for a time that is too long, and Italian coffee cup is very small, approximately one regular shot.

On the hob moka pots (espresso, Moka and Bialetti type):

This are the trickiest ones, you need art and practice to get a good espresso with a Moka, but when you learn, the result is better than what you may get with an home electrical espresso maker.
The frame on the hob must be not too strong, and the mixture coarse but well pressed, with water at level tag, or you will get a weak coffee.
On Mokas a good strategy is keeping hob at minimum, and turning up the flame at top when coffee starts coming out.

French and turkish cafetieres:

Ensure that you put enough coffee, water hot enough, and that you left the infusion enough time to get a strong coffee.

Note: insufficient pressure and clogged lines on electric machines never give you a weak coffee, exactly the opposite.
Not pressed mixture always gives weak coffee, but too much pressed mixture may give you coffee with bad taste.
