My pen drive capacity is 4GB but its showing 200MB in my PC and in other pc and it is not storing more than 200 mb size file ?how to solve this and how can i re find my free space of 4 GB and i can use it?

Copy all the files from the memory-stick onto your disk-drive.
Then, open My Computer.
Right-mouse click on the icon for the memory-stick.
Choose Format.
Choose Quick-Format.
When it completes, it should show as 4GB.
Copy the files back onto the memory-stick.

I have a 4GB Cruzer which once installed is registering as having 3.73GB of used space even though there is only the LaunchU3 application and a word document (1.29mb). What is using up the space and why...

You did not really ask a question so I have no answer to give.

I will however offer a few (FREE) remarks that might convince you that your drive DOES NOT HAVE A PROBLEM.

Formatting a drive requires writing some information on it that describes how it is organized. And that takes space.
The 3.73GB you have is almost all the capacity that is available to you. The nominal capacity is just that, a nominal capacity, and different manufacturers use different definitions for the GB.

I have a 4 GB kingston USD pen drive when I try to save data It says no space

Good Day!

See first the free space of your Pen Drive, to do this, go to MY COMPUTER then right click your PEN DRIVE and click properties, you will see how much is the available space. And also try to see the file size that you are copying and compare it to the free space of your Pen Drive. You can't copy file more than the capacity or the free space of your Pen Drive, that is why you come up with that error message.

Hope I was able to help.

My TRANS-IT USB Flash Drive is showing a problem 'cannot identify the capacity of the flash drive' and shows no spaces available

THIS HAPPEND TO ME TOO WHAEN I INSTALLED A NEW VERSION,
ITS OK IF U R WORKING WITH NEW VERSION.
NEW VERSION ONLY GIVES U ACCESS UPTO THE INSTALLED OLDER VERSION INSIDE.
GUST PLAY WITH LOG IN AND LOG OUT OPTION, IT WILL HELP U TO SOLVE UR PROBLEM.
BETTER TO REMOVE SOFTWARE AFTER ACHIVING UR FULL CAPACITY.

SanDisk Cruzer Micro 4GB USB plugged it, light on, but shows an empty file in windows with capacity of 0bytes Also shows a CD drive (the one that U3 runs) which says nothing is in disk drive.

It is likely an issue with the filesystem. The FAT filesystem gets easily corrupted. If that's the case, reformatting it with FAT32 should help. But remember - reformatting erases all the data, so don't do it if you have anything important on the drive!

SanDisk 2.0GB disk full - but it's not full!

1. Right click My Computer and select Manage.

2. Open the Device Manager and find your USB drive under the Disk Drives heading.

3. Right click the drive and select Properties.

4. Choose Policies tab and select the "Optimize for performance" option.

Click OK.

6. Open My Computer.

7. Select Format on the flash drive.

Hurrah there is NTFS option available now

8. Choose NTFS in the File System dropdown box.

9. Device Formatting is completed.

Important: To remove a device safely without data loss use a "safely remove hardware" procedure or Eject function from Windows Explorer.
