Water is leaking under fridge when I use the water dispenser

This means you have a cracked water line tube coming from the valve. The water valve will be in the rear near the compressor, likely made of blue plastic. If the fridge has an icemaker, there will be two fill tubes coming off of the valve, the water dispenser line will be the larger of the two... depending on the model, there will be a quick disconnect behind the kickplate below the freezer door, disconnect the water line there and replace that section back to the valve... I have a GE side by side refridgerator Model GSH25JSRFSS and I have ice coming through the door but the water stopped coming through the door. Any suggestions?

Greetings,
here is a quick way to tell...remove the kickplate and under the freezer door you'll see the water hose coming out the door and going behind the kickplate...there will be a quick disconnect coupling that you can release one section of tubing...do this and with the freezer door closed..Have someone push the water and see if comes out..if it does..the water hose in the door is frozen...re-install tube into coupling...if it does not come out being disconnected, then you most likely need a new water inlet valve...to remove tubing at coupling if its not a screw on one...as the tube going into the coupling there will be a plastic ring that is loose..push this into body of coupling while pulling out tubing.

Kitchen aid refrigerator superba

hi there,

the drain pan is under the fridge behind the kickplate. the kickplate is the vent-line panel located under the door. it's held on by 2 screws. unscrew the screw and remove the kickplate. the drain pan will slide out. careful, as it's probably pretty full.

Kitchen aid superba fridge - ice maker not working .. water dispencer is

The refrigerator has a duel water valve, one for the ice-maker and one for the water dispenser (if equipped). The valve that the ice-maker relies on may be bad, or it could be the ice-maker itself.
Another thing that could cause it would be the temperatures in the freezer. The ice-maker will not call for water until it reaches under 15 degrees. In addition, check the water tube behind the ice-maker to make sure it is not frozen, blocking more water from entering. The water does not go to the ice-maker or thru the filter unless the ice-maker turns on the water valve.

Not making ice

canyou acess theice amker assy itself??
can you look intor the icemaker make sure nothings blocking ice maker from turning(ice cubed jammed in )
look into the fill tube make sure itsnot frozen
thinkin htis machin hasan electronic "eye" if so htere a trouble shoooter under the kickplate explaining the mechanism
lastly theres a white cover plate on the front of the assy. remove the cover and loook at the white gear in the center of unit. look real close at the tabsholding that gear on.MOST common causeof failure is the ice torques the main gear and those tabs snap. if htats the case , replace the ice maker assy.
