Try this remove the cartridge and return it back. Turn it off for 1 minute and turn it on. If still problem, Remove the power cord to 30 second and return it back with power supply turn off. and restart the printer

try resetting the machine by pressing the features button and then in fast sequence 2,8,6,4, if you do it right it should flash test mode, then enter 91, and after you do this enter 99 to get out of the test mode
