How can i get the radio to work on my nokia c3? I pliugged in the headphones and try to select the radio option but nothing happens...it is brand new...

for lisenting to radio you need to set the right frequency in the tuning section.enquire about the frequency of the nearest radio stations, enter it manually and give it a try.

Update your Phone.. to back to original setting then update for new firmware heres the guide just follow me
-Make sure have 75-100% of battery life other wise charge your C3 first (Required before updating -Go to MENU >Setting>Connectivity>WLAN>Available WLANs.Select your Preferred Scanned network ,then connect -Go to Menu > Setting > Phone > Phone Updates > DOWNLOAD. Phone Software -Choose your connected WLAN Server -"Updating.." /just follow the on-screen instuctions. -Phone Will restart -Done check your current version by typing *#0000# hope it will helps you :)

Nokia C3 format code is not *#7370#.This code is for other nokia mobiles models.
The format code of nokia C3IS : *#7780#

To get the transmission of FM in Nokia N79. You have to upgraded to firmware version 31.002. FM Transmitter will not work with firmware version 20.xxx,

The radio function most likely needs the earphone attached because the earphone lead also doubles up as an aerial for the radio.

Try taking out the battery and then replacing it. Also make sure that the headphone adaptor is seated properly.

yes you can do that by first switching on the radio and it will ask for headphone to start the radio..
as you insert the jack it will ask some options .... go for headphone option by selecting it...
