I had the same problem. In my case the needle that pierces the cup was clogged. All you need to do is unfold a paperclip (small and not plastic coated) and push it down through that needle to clear the blockage.
My unit works better then ever!
SOURCE: Keurig starts & stops without brewing coffee, just descaled
The pic is clogged with coffee or the air bladder is bad. Use the tool on the underside of the tray to clean out pic. If that doesn't work, the bladder will be bad.
SOURCE: Keurig only brews about 2-3 oz. of coffee.
Doesn't sound like a descaler issue. I am having problems with mine and noticed that water is flowing back into the reservoir when it is pouring into the coffee cup. I think there is a valve that is not closing properly.

possibly your keurig is clogged and water can't get pass the grounds...what you have to do is check the area where the water drips out and unclog it...stick a paper clip up it or maybe even a safety pin and move it around to loosen up and unclog ...
Lift up the latch and see where the water comes out, easy fix...
