hi there
know most commonly broblem you have that the inverter inside of the screen is out of order, thats affect the fcc lamp , but if you say that there is white screen that means its not the inverter.
so thats could be problem in the main board that is responsible of the vedio line .
my friend i suggest that you should go for the maintenance team of your LG tv cause if you are not an electronic tech you must not open the tv cause its dangerous.
i could help you if i could reach you but this is impossiple.
one last thing check of the remote buttons options if you by mistake but it in mute the display or its not on the right video line "AV1,AV2,DVD,..."
will good luck.
Well as you have only had it a few months, SEND IT BACK ( LG does not mean Lifes Good, in the trade we say LG=Lotta Garbage) There have been quite a few chip failures in this model, It should be recalled. Do a warranty call and get it replaced.
Is it that the screen just went blank or white without any display? need more clarification, but If it is, it means the
picture
board of your monitor has developed fault.
The best thing for you
to
do now is to take the monitor to a local repairer within your vicinity or any service center
to help with the replacement of the picture board
because the fault is not something you can fix yourself, in order not to
complicate issues.

Unfortunately, the LCD panel will have to be replaced. The LCD panel along with the labor could cost close to $1000 to replace. In most cases it is cheaper to just replace the TV. The manufacturers warranty will not cover damage usually. Sorry.. Wish I had a better answer
