We can log in to ebay, did not change email or password, i tryed to reset a password to regain access but i didnt even recieve a email from ebay!

You could figure out your email password first by going to the site you made your email. For example if you had gmail account, go to google and press "Forgot Password".
Then you might be able to trigger a memory.. If not then try to work backward and try to log into Facebook using that email password because most people keep their passwords constant for easy memorization..

Try filling out the website's password reset form. They will ask that you provide them with some information to verify that you are indeed the account owner, but upon answering the security prompts, you should receive an email containing a link that will walk you through resetting your password and regaining access to your account.

To change your password, log into your Ebay account, click on My Account, click on Personal Information.
Click on Edit (far right side) on the Password line.

If you've lost access to the email address associated with your Instagram account, you need to contact your yahoo and have them reactivate that email to regain access. Once you've regained access, you should be able to request a new password for your Instagram account.

I can’t receive the email to reset my password, because I no longer have access to the email address associated with my account. You can change your login email address at any time in the Settings ta... You can change your login email address at any time in the Settings tab of the Account page. Please note that you can log in with any email address you have added to your account. However, if you no longer have access to an email address associated with your Facebook account, you will need to contact your email service provider in order to regain access to that address.

some body has access your email account and has changed the password, this happen when you have forget to logout from your email account, in a cyber cafe or in some place,
now go to the support of hotmail and get your complaint registered to them
