Hi, Maybe you deactivated it by mistake some laptop models have a button to activate and deactivate the mouse(touchpad) make sure yours is activated, if the problem is not that, then try re installing the touchpad drivers. Fixed dialing is a network-based service which should not be active unless you specifically ask them for it, perhaps it has been activated on your account by mistake and another customer is wondering why it doesn't work for him.

You would have to get in touch with your network operator to deal with this.

However, it may be possible to activate/deactivate it through the phone if your network supports this option. But requires a Pin2 code that can ONLY be provided by your network

You can go to Contacts > Options > SIM Numbers > Fixed Dial Contacts > Options > deactivate fixed dialling > Enter Pin 2 code.
