I install windows server 2008 softwaer but i have get notes you have not space

windows xp is an OS for regular desktops if you install it on a server you will have problems to find drivers for the different chip-sets embedded i the system board

Try to use the Driver for Windows 2003.
It has a Matrox VGA as I know. If you know which Matrox series you have, then Browse here for the Drives: Matrox Graphics Support. Make sure that you choose the Exact Driver software which suites the System.
Note: Not every product has the Driver Software for Windows XP.

Yes, Server 2008 will install on the 2650 as long as you make sure you have enough RAM and hard drive space. Once you have Server 08 installed, you will have a to-do list to help with setting up hyper-v.

If you are thinking of installing Windows Server 2003,then try to make sure that your system meets the following minimum system requirements: 128MB RAM and a 600MHz processor, and I recommend 5Gig HDD Free space.
But if it is Windows 2008 Server, then think of having this : 512MB of Ram, 10Gig of HDD free space, and an x86 processor with minimum speed of 1Ghz, or an x64 processor with minimum speed of 1.4Ghz.

To work around this issue, uninstall the August 2009 Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 Application Compatibility Update, and then install Service Pack 2 for Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista. To uninstall the August 2009 Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 Application Compatibility Update, follow these steps:

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Click Uninstall a program under the Programs section.
3. In the Tasks list in the left navigation area, click View installed updates.
4. Click Update for Microsoft Windows (KB972036), and then click Uninstall.
5. Click Yes when you are prompted to confirm the uninstallation.
   
   Note If you are prompted for confirmation or for the administrator password, click Yes to confirm, or type the administrator password.
6. Restart the system when you are prompted.
