perform this steps below..

1.remove memory card..(take phone book backup either in to MMC or any other sim)

2.Now type this code *#7370#
enter security code default is 12345
It will reset to factory settings..

3.Now insert MMC if this issue still persists format memory card also.

4.Still if this issue is there contact service center they will format User Area using UFS3 software.
