Question about IBM Computers & Internet
Pls help me with my loptop,i accidentally disable the driver resolution of my loptop, ibm.when i turn on my loptop the biodos will appear next with the windos xp program after reading the program the screen will be no longer seeing any program or blackend, but the program still running..pls help me how to fix,cuz i have alot program inside of my loptop.hoping for your response.
Try right-clicking anywhere on the blackened area of your desktop, a menu might appear. Scroll down to Properties and click. In the Display Properties window click on the Settings Tab and see if you can re-adjust your screen resolution here, if not then read on...
Power off the laptop. Power on the laptop while holding the F8 key or both the SHIFT and F8 key together, if it boots to the Windows start up screen, power off and try again. This will bring up a menu, you will want the BOOT INTO SAFEMODE menu option.
After the safemode boot process, see if your laptop will display graphics (it should default to 640x480 mode and you should be able to view most of your desktop icons). Right click any where in a black area on your desktop, a menu will appear. Scroll to Properties and click. In the Display Properties window, click on the Settings tab and adjust your screen resolution from here.
Let me know if this works or not.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
