Why a RCA model d52w23 wont stay on

It is likely the monitor surge protection circuit is operating. Try to turn the monitor off at the mains plug. Turn back on and see if there is any difference.
If you do not have a user guide for this monitor then download from this site.

I have samsung wave 3(gt8600) that switch off itself and switch on itself without stopping. It will stop only when i remove the battery. I treid to solve through samsung kies but nothing helps me why bcoz...

Hi there, this is a problem with all the Wave 3's, it's quiet dissapointing as there software cannot cope. The only way I managed to fix mine was by deleting unwanted items so as to reduce the memory and then let the battery run totally flat and recharge it over night. It seems to hold out for a good few weeks after that but unfortunately does start doing it again. Hope that help's a little.

Hi . I have a Kenwood receiver V-3080 that on start up it comes on for a few sec. the turns off like you switched it off then after several time it stays on without any further problems.

The wiring of a speaker has back feed to a safety shut off because a wire is touching or the polarity has been switched. The volume may be turned up to high to and will cause it to do the same. It is an overload feature, so that you don't blow your speakers with a 100 watts of power surging to it. Changing positive to negitive of the speakerswire to speaker may help.

I have a sherwood s-7200 receiver. The power knob will not "click" to turn off the unit...it just stays on. The powe knob is also the volume control. All functions work as normal except the receiver will...

Known issue with these models. There's a plastic washer cam thing in the back of the switch that breaks. Since no new parts exist, you much make one to fix it. Or, just use a power strip to turn it on and off.

My Denon AVR-788 receiver switches off by itself after it has

If you've changed it's location or added speakers, or placed anything on top of it since the problem started then consider that it may just be over heating.

The unit will not stay on

I got similar issue and managed to fix it with excellent tech support from NAD. Flashing LED means system goes in to protective mode. Most probable reason is presence of DC voltage on amplifier out puts. In my case it was both surround amps. It had faulty resistor and a dry jpint at power line

Onkyo TX-DS 595 receiver surround channel unrealiable

How you power off the amp won't hurt it generally. I used to fix ONKYO amps under warranty, and I can tell you now, it will be full of dry solder joints. Take you unit to your local repairer, and they will resolder all the offending PCB's inside. This type of repair will fix 99% of strange audio noises and cutting in and out etc. for ONKYO recievers. Otherwise this is quite a good product.

Teac AG v6200 wont stay on

Check your speaker wires, if they are crossed somewhere then the system protects it's self.

Wont stay on.

The only way you can fix this is you have the proper tools and have very good soldering skills. If so, I will post more instructions on how to fix this.

It has a blown channel, it can not be fixed without some good troubleshooting skills. The protect mode is so you don't cause more damage to it. If you continue to turn it on, you may cause more damage.

Your best bet is to take it in to get repaired at a service center.

Let me know if you require more help,

Dave
