The pc suite installation is loaded on the phone memory card, after connecting device to pc it will ask pc or mass storage , select storage and browse for installation file.
if you cannot find,then i will send you a link, what is your os.

Have tried www.hp.com there is icon that says download drivers and software ones you click there in the same page you can go to start detection. and all the drivers should come out depending on your operating system.
