Hello, well that sounds a fuse problem, you can try check inside, be shore you unplug the power socket before you do it, if the inside fuse is ok ,so the control board is damage and needs to be replaced, and don't think it worth .

It sounds like one of 2 things happened: 1. You blew a fuse, be sure to check the fuse panel 2. You knocked the power block to the climate control system loose. Check that the power block leading to the climate controll is tight into the control unit
It sounds like a bad neutral wire. Somewhere the neutral is not properly connected. Most residential wiring operates on a 240 single phase system comprised of two seperate 120 volt legs. Connect between either leg to the neutral gives you 120 volts.connect btween the two legs gives you 240 volts. If the neutral is not present the circuit will search out the other leg to try to complete the circuit causing dimming of lights extremely bright lights and all around chaos. Check ahead of the main to see that the voltage is correct. Check each leg to neutral with a voltage tester. Have some one turn some lights on and off while checking as sometimes a load is required to get fluctuating readings. If the reading fluctuate wildly the problem is between the power grid and the panel. If not recheck on a a couple of breakers and if the readings fluctuate it is on your side of the system.

I have the same problem I tested the power volume controller with in my friend sub-woofer and same issue, is not the sub-woofer neither the speaker, is the power volume controller definitively.
The "developing disengaging motor" has problems. You need a technician. Try running the component test from the control panel. Select the disengaging motor and test it. Maybe it'll start working after the test!
If you where to touch bake, does the unit turn on? Or is the keypad none responsive? I would say if the keypad is non responsive you have a bad keypad. Can you check the connection and see what happens after you unnplug the connector and reattac. Does the lights light back up? Do you have a Display? If the Display is not working could be a possible bad controller.
