Question about HP Digital Projector Vp6110 Multimedia Projector
The lamp indicator light (small orange led) on my projector is on - and no image is projected. I have replaced the bulb... but same problem - lamp indicator light is on, but no projection (the bulb does not even turn on)
you may have touched the bulb while changing it and minute traces of skin oil are on the actual bulb, with the machine cold, try and very carefully clean the bulb

The filters are starting to show their age. This is a normal occurance for projectors and is the result of heat. The filters and/or the mirrors might need to be changed.

SOURCE: Yellowed image projection
The yellow you see is all dust on the mirrrors inside your projector.
If u are lucky you can get the mirrors cleaned by a pro, if you are unlycky as i was, the blue mirror has burn and u need to replace it.
Take your projector to someone who repaire tv:s ot other electronics, they will help you. If its only the cleaning its cheap, if you need to replace a mirror its expensive.
