There is no reset button for the time. The stereo gets the time from the GPS antenna. If you are parked in a garage it will not work. the only thing that you usually need to cange is the daylight savings time.

CHECK THE CLOCK BUTTON SOUNDS LIKE ITS STUCK. IF ITS A TOUCH FACE SET THE TIME THEN MAKE SURE YOU GET OUT OF THAT PROGRAM AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE IN THE SYS. IF THAT DONT WORK SEND IT IN FOR WARRANTY REPAIR,
reset it,try with out the remote and change the remote battery, put in dvd wait for the blue screen, then press stop 2x then enter 1264 then,if you have a up,down,l/r control on the deck press down 1x then press play, you dont even have to use the ground wire then go to the rest, when you can see the menu,i dont know if it will work but u can give it a try
Push and hold the power/vol button and the pause/play button at the same time for at least 10 seconds and the keypad will pop up... the factory code is 0000. question is how to reset the unit if the password has been changed and u don't know the new password...
Put in the same number 3 times (example 1111)
until it locks and then push in the mute bottom and hold it and while
you hold the mute button with your other finger push in the volume
control (power button) and hold both of them until a new screen comes up
and then put in 122164 and hit OK and that should work.
I had the same problem before. I thought the mechanic broke my radio. The power button will not work on the radio, right? I couldn't turn it on or off, but the blue lights stayed on all the time. What I found out is that I had to put a new battery in my remote because it died at the exact same time. Crazy, huh? But anyways, you have to use the power button on the remote or else it will stay black forever. Once you turn the unit on with the remote, it will prompt you to enter your password. Like guest said before, if you didn't set your password before, then the default code is 0000. I hope you get that thing working!! -kev
