EE means high discharge pressure. If new unit or recently re charged gas unit, it's over charged. Other wise, it has non condensable gas. Remove all gas and replace filter direr flush out system re charge gas. Helpful.

Before doing above, clean condenser coil and check. Some times due to condenser block also discharge pressure will raise.

3. Error Code Operational Check

Note: The TV must be in "Shut Down" and not have been switched Off, to perform the Error Code Operational

Check. When the TV is switched Off, the code automatically resets to "12" No Error.

Pressing the front panel "DEVICE" and "MENU" buttons at the same time, and holding for 5 seconds,

activates the Error Code Mode. The LED flashes denoting a two digit Error Code, or indicating no problem

has occured since the last Initalization.

Note: The front panel buttons must be used, NOT those on the Remote Control.

• The number of flashes indicates the value of the MSD (tens digit) of the Error Code.

• The flashing then pauses for approximately 1/2 second.

• The LED then flashes indicating the value of the LSD (ones digit) of the Error Code.

• The Error Code is repeated a total of 5 times.

Example: If the Error Code is "23", the LED will flash two times, pause, and then flash three times.

Can't get airconditioner to work

Hi

Try to reset the unit by disconnecting the power supply for 10sec. and operate the unit. If wont work then there are some safety device that work or defective. Try counting the blink of your green light so that I can convert the error code.

LED Display gives you your display visual alerts, signal strength, and operation mode. Here is an attached link for the manual.....http://www.uniden.com/pdf/LRD6399SWSom.pdf
But to answer your question here is what the difference between the green light and the red light are:
1. X-Band Signal Indicator—A green LED lights and blinks to
indicate the presence of an X-band radar signal. The blink rate
increases as the radar source gets closer. A distinct audio alert is
also heard.
2. K-Band Indicator— An amber (orange) LED lights and blinks to
indicate the presence of a K-band radar. The blink rate increases as
the radar source gets closer. A distinct audio alert is also heard.
3. Ka-SuperWideband Signal Indicator— A yellow LED lights and
blinks to indicate the presence of a Ka-SuperWideband radar
signal. The blink rate increases as the radar source gets closer. A
distinct audio alert is also heard.
4. Laser Signal Indicator— A red LED under L lights and blinks to
indicate the presence of a laser signal. A distinct audio alert is also
heard.
5. SWS Signal Indicator— When an early warning hazard or
informational signal is detected, the yellow SWS LED begins to
blink and the amber K-band LED lights. A distinct audio alert is
also heard.
6. Power-On Indicator— A green LED under P lights to indicate
power is being supplied to the unit and the unit is turned on.
7. LED Signal Strength Meter—Four LEDs give an accurate visual
indication of the strength of radar or laser signals.
8. City Mode Indicator—A green LED under C lights to indicate
that you selected City Mode.
9. Auto Mute Indicator— A red LED under M lights to indicate that
you selected the Auto Mute feature.

Please make sure you give me a rating and I hope this helps,
