I had a paper jam in the back of the printer. Once I removed the jam and tried to print again the printer makes a loud grinding noice. Tried to reset the roller, but that did not help.

Paper jam then when I removed the sheet carefully the grinding noise started and it will not feed the paper at all. I have removed everything and the grinding noise is still there and it will not pull the paper

Maintenance Kit will not solve the grinding noise. You have what is called a Swing Plate Issue. The plate is located easily on the left side of the machine after you remove the fuser. Those gears become warn and make that sound. Sometimes you can get by removing just the gear that you can see (black plastic gear) and replacing it with a new one.

If the paper is an accordion type jam, you should replace the 4 small rollers, the upper feed roller, the upper feed guide, and the lower rollers. all of these are listed on hp's part surfer website.
RF5-0425-040cn, RF5-0434-000cn, RF5-0432-000cn, and RF5-0438-000cn respectively. Basically, get a new exit output assembly part number RG5-0456-180cn.
Does this help?

HP2420N printer makes a loud grinding sound when printing

This printer had change made to some drive gears. They wear down and cause this noise. If you can find a technician to replace the 3 gears it can be inexpensive. We do it for under $150 with labor and parts.

The printer makes a terrible noise during warming up

for a start: these machines are quite noisy at startup, so this may be normal. do you have problems printing? because if you don't, it's not worth trying to fix something that isn't broken. if the printer tells you the maintenance kit needs replacement, you can open the side panel, and feel a little lever at the bottom side of the maintenance kit (yellow-ish drawer). you need to push this lever upwards, while pulling out the maintenance kit.

HP LJ P2015DN making noise/squeaking

Hi,
As you mentioned that the printer makes loud grinding noise or squeaking when page comes out than i feel this is the noise coming out due to faulty fuser.
I want to be sure so please open the rear bin and try to print if still noise comes than i m sure it is fuser.
If there are smudges on the printed page or if some film coating is coming out with printed page than fuser roller are physically damage.
However in this case i assume fuser is faulty.
If there opening the rear bin noise goes off than top output rollers are faulty.

Thanks and Regards

Error 07,010.43:29827

That code can be caused, ( normally) by 4 different things, maybe 5.
The noise you are hearing is from the maintenance kit. It moves up and down to clean and prepair the drum for a print.
1. Take the maintenance kit out and look in the opening with a flashlight. See if there is ink built up in that back side of the printer under the maintenance kit. Normallyh it will be yellow ink in that area. If so you will have to remove the scanner and document feeder, then the left cover, you may also have to remove the right side for the front cover to release the left cover.
About mid way back toward the bottom of the frame there will be where you can clean that ink out. While your at it, and waht could also be the problem, is a stainless steel pivot block. avout 1 inch square will be contaminated with ink also, clean it well.
2. The maintenance plate, the black piece that lifts the maintenance kit, may be warpted or broken, You can see is when you remove the maintenance kit.
3. The process Drive motor assembly may be mis timed. It is on the right frame toward the front. It has 2 timing holes, which you can put paper clips into, to align the upper and lower gear train, and also the arrow on the bottom metal plate must align with the arrow on the gear.
4. The print block referenced earlier may be causing the print head to bind, but rarely does that cause a noise, I add that because you may be hearing the X-Y axis motor and since it is faulting out, you may really just notice it more. But the block would more likly cause an 07,010,45 not a 43.
5 The print head wiper may be tacked to the print head.
Let me know if you need some more help..

Your maintenance roller could be out of place in the kit. Since you just replaced the kit and getting the grinding noise. Sounds like you have a problem with that kit binding as it pivots up and down away from the drum.
