After downloading is complete, unplug the scanner USB from computer and run the
software that you downloaded. The software installer will tell you when
to connect USB.
U must be using vista. So uninstalling the scanner or try system restore to time before u installed the scanner(hopefully that is vista compliant) and see if u can burn ur discs, if you can, then there is a resource conflict after installing the scanner, which can be chaged on the drivers--properties--resorce tab..........sodeep
