No display ,no radio (by 2 users)

I have no display when radio face is showing,buttons will not do anything.CD will work although I can not raise or lower volume.
When face closed I can not change display .
The bottons were acting up quite badly such as could not control volume,if I pushed volume then more often then not the radio stations would change.
Can you please help me as I do like this radio VERY much.
