Question about Televison & Video
sounds like a heat dissipation problem, or was, I take my covers off and airdust my sets every 6mths when I do my computers Sharp televisions are extremely good sets, my mom and dads sharp 10 inch color tv with vacuum tubes worked for 40 years without a hitch. I would take yours in to see how much its going to be. be careful if you take the cover off , theres high voltage present even unplugged via the heavy single red or yellow wire going to the tube.
