Question about Canon NP 6050 Copier
I NOTICED THE TONER IS OVER 50% BUT I CANNOT GET THE KEYS TO DO ANYTHING.HOW DO YOU GET INTO THE SERVICE MODE AND WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE
The error code means that the toner level in the developing unit is low. The ATDC sensor is probly bad or it is caked with toner and it is not reading correctly..... Good luck finding one.
