call the service provider and Unlock it using they provided Master reset code,ask code from them.

Hi,try to my advice you need reprogram your cellphone.but before you that reprogram you need to save contacts to your sim and your files to save your memory card.thanks :)

choose contacts>options>sim contacts>sim directory,

you can find all your contacts there
