The shutter continues to click in rapid concession the moment I replace the battery. I don´t see anny Factory Reset button on my Canon 20D?

I can´t try it out because I have sent it in to Canon Service Center - as I have tried a lot of advices given in other Photo Forums. But I have never tried this advice, so maybe this is the soloution... :)

I have got my camera back from Canon Servic Center. I would cost me $600 and with the reservation that hidden errors could occur. I decided to get my camera returned and did have a silent hope that this advice given here maybe could help.
I have tried it out now, but it did NOT help unfortunately.
Make sure the camera is OFF when placing the battery in it, and have the mode dial (Top left side) set to the green rectangle for automatic mode. Then turn ON.
