Sounds like you have a virus. Until you get it going again or remove the hard drive and run a good anti virus programme to check and clear the problems, try F9 at boot up.

How if my Asus Eee PC 1215P there is no bluetooth but i want have it?

Asus manufactures computers, notebooks, motherboards and other PC components. Some of their machines have Bluetooth capability. You can use prompts in Windows to make sure that your Asus's Bluetooth capability is up and running.

Open Bluetooth Settings
In the task bar, right-click the Bluetooth symbol, then select "Open Bluetooth Settings." If there is no Bluetooth icon in the task bar, go to "Start," then "Run" and type in "bthprops.cpl." Click "OK" to open the Bluetooth Settings window. b> View Options b> Click on the "Options" tab, and select the "Turn discovery on" check box. Click "Apply." b> Allow Devices b> In the "Connections" section, select the check box for "Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer" so that Bluetooth devices can connect to your Asus. Click "OK." b> Testing for Bluetooth b> If you are unsure whether your Asus is Bluetooth capable, try typing in the "bthprops.cpl" command in the "Run" box. If it's unsuccessful, your machine isn't Bluetooth capable. Hope this helps.

Tool bar moved t right and is large

Right click on the task bar (I assume you mean the bar that is typically at the bottom of your desktop?)
Make sure "Lock the Task bar" is not checked
Click on the border of the task bar
drag directly from where you clicked to the bottom
Adjust height accordingly

I have an Asus Eee pc 2g surf. I inadvertently installed a bios 2008 upgrade and cannot provide a password and cannot get beyond this page. Assus techs cannot provide it without an invoice and I have none as it was a gift. Any solution? I have taken out the battery, pressed f2, shift f10 ( which gets me to a screen "Atheos Boot Agent Configuration Agent" but not sure how this will help)

Wont display the desk top

Try rebooting, tap F8 to get into the multi-boot options. Scroll down and choose "Last Known Good Configuration" windows should boot up normally. If you have made any hardware changes or if windows perfromed a corrupt update, that will require some additional help.

Only task bar shows up when eee pc is turned on

I had the exact same problem, what helped me out was restoring to factory settings.. When turning it on, press f9 repeatedly right away until a screen pops up with 3 options. choose the option "restore factory settings" or whatever its called and then type in yes. This is restore your eepc to the way it was when you first bought it. It will erase all your personal data, and changes, but it will give you your desktop back!!
