When I plugged the Pan Digital Photo Frame (PAN8056M03T), it gave me a message "System start". I restarted several times but it is still giving the same error. This is the 1st time I am using the product, could you please advise.

SOURCE: card read error

Put the card back into the camera and off load/take off your pictures (Put them on the computer). Then, put the card back into the camera and go to your options menu. Find the format feature, and format the card. Take some new pictures and then try putting the card back into the picture frame. Does it work? If so, transfer the images from your computer back to the card. If it continues to work, then Great! If not, more than likely there is an improper or corrupt file among your photos.

Good Luck!

SOURCE: My pandigital photo frame doesn't work at all.

This frame cannot initialize; this is an internal memory issue. Connect the frame to your computer with the USB cable and to the AC outlet. Now turn it on. Under Computer or My Computer, look for a Pandigital (X:) drive.

If you see that drive, right click on it and select Format.
Choose FAT or FAT32 as the file system, check Quick Format, then Start.
Once it finishes, unhook the frame and restart it.

If you do not see that drive, your frame is toast. Grab your receipt and return to the store or call the company.

SOURCE: Pandigital 7" photo frame won't play avi files

I made my pandigital 8" touch screen videos work by:

used MOVAVI software to convert my .mov video to avi

then had a polarid mp3 player which had a simple software to convert to the polarid mp3's video files. large's video selection was 320x240.

that worked.

Hi, I have been loading pics onto my new Digital Photo Frame. I've loaded the pics just fine, however, the pics will slide by just fine, then the next slide says "No Support", then I have pics,...

Hi bon_kahlua_r,

It means that your Digital Photo Frame might not have support for the file formats of some pictures that you saved. Most Digital Photo Frame supports *.jpg formats. Please check the manual of your Digital Photo Frame as well as the files that your saved. Right-click on the pictures that are not supported then Click Properties. You should be able to see the file format of the picture then compare it to the Frame's manual if it's supported.

Thanks

Your 4GB card is actually an SDHC card, not an SD card. While SDHC cards will fit into SD slots, they are electronically incompatible and will not work. You need to use an SD (or MMC or xD or MS), 2GB and smaller.

If the "camera chip" you refer to is a removable SD Memory Card you need to put that into a SD Card Slot on your computer or use an USB Card Reader device. The computer will recognize the SD Card as a Disk Drive and you can use Windows Explorer to transfer the picture files to it.

Downloading from pc to digital photo frame

Solution:

1. I don't think the USB Cable was given to Download Photos from the computer - I think it was given to upload photos to the Computer.

2. The manufacturer has either gave you the wrong cable for a different type of Operating system or you are trying to put it in the wrong port.

Suggestion:

1. Call a Technical Support Line (Probably found on back of instruction booklet.)

or

2. Send the Product back to the company.
