With working sim in phone, go to keypad and enter *2767*3855# and wait, this will fully reset phone so ensure you back up anything on it first, during repowering up remove battery and insert sim from other network then turn back on, phone should now be sim lock free. As always this is at your own risk.This will likely work with other Samsung phones

First you have to Install PC studio then install usb drive (note dont connect ur mobile during this time)

the problem has a solution.
Did you download any application from the internet?, or did you put any new application on the phone?.
If yes, that means the application has been affected with virus or it is corrupted and it has affection the phone.The phone memory is lost and it needs to be restored.
The phone need s to be flashed to restore the memory back to function properly.
