If you are trying to stop viruses I suggest AntiVir. It is free virus blocker and eliminates viruses. OR you can try norton AntiVirus I have used both in the past and both are extremely well programmed and work great.

My computer where infected with virus please help me to remove it

There may be another alternative.

You can remove the infected hard drive and use another computer to put it into as a slave/secondary drive.

You can then try to "Clean" the infections via this computers antivirus and malware cleaners. Check the Gizmo site for some really great advice and loads of programs that can help you.

Make sure this other computer's security is up to date first.

Windows cannot find file csrcs.exe

File csrcs.exe is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32.
Program has no file description. The file is not a Windows system file. The application is loaded during the Windows boot process.
The program is not visible. It is an unknown file in the Windows folder. Program listens for or sends data on open ports to LAN or Internet. csrcs.exe is able to monitor applications, hide itself, record inputs, manipulate other programs. Therefore the technical security rating is 86% dangerous.
It simply means, "It is very dangerous"

Try these steps to remove it.

Click on START-RUN,
type regedit (it will open the registry editor)
Press Ctrl+F
type "csrcs" (without quotes) and click on Search It'll show you some results, where you'll find "csrcs.exe" delete it immediately.

Again do the same search you may see "explorer.exe csrcs.exe" , right click then modify and remove the csrcs.exe part (leave the explorer.exe as it is)

Hurray !!! you have removed csrcs.exe
Restart your system and see it for yourself

Removal of boot.com virus from external hard drive and USB Stick

Silakan baca di >sini<

"boot.com" is a virus which attacks the hard drives & the hard drives could not be opened by double clicking. In hard drives after enabling viewing hidden file u can see some "autorun" file & a file named "boot.com" which cannot be removed just by deleting.

Here’s the REAL way to clean this off your system. You should do these steps after a fresh reboot in safe mode.
1) Navigate to the problem drive(s) via the Explore option.
2) Click on TOOLS -> FOLDER OPTIONS
3) Click the button which says ‘Show hidden files and folders.
4) UNCHECK the following boxes:
Hide extensions for known file types
Hide protected operrating system files
5) Find and delete the autorun.ini file and the resycled folder on the root directory of all affected drives.
6) Check “c:\windows\system32\dllcache” for boot.com file and delete it if present.
7) Check “c:\windows\prefetch” for boot.com file and delete if present.
8) Delete all files from c:\windows\temp
(Some files may not delete, that’s ok, they’re in use by the system and not virus files.)
9) Delete all files from c:\Documents and Settings\[USER PROFILE]\Local Settings\Temp
(Again, a couple files may not delete, don’t worry.)
10) Run Regedit
11) Make sure you are at the very first entry of the registry hive. (My Computer should be hilighted) then click EDIT -> FIND
12) Search for “boot.com”. If it finds an entry, delete it. Keep hitting F3 until you’ve deleted all instances of boot.com in the entire registry.
13) Scroll the left column back up to the top and hilight the My Computer again at the top of the registry hive.
14) Click Edit -> Find again and search for ‘resycled’ and repeat as in step 13, deleting the entries as it finds them.
15) Close registry editor and try opening the infected drives. They should work now.
Worked for me at least.

Cannot get rid of an unwanted program .

here's manual antivirus xp 2008 removal
http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-antivirus-xp.html

If you are having problems with your desktop or getting the nasty message when you boot up follow the instructions below, but use the above link to remove the virus. YES THIS IS A VIRUS AND NOT A VIRUS REMOVAL TOOL!

First you need to stop the program from loading on startup. This is what you do to stop it:

Start, run

Type msconfig

Go to Startup tab
(if you've totally removed the antivirus program, you will not find these files and you can skip to the gpedit.msc step)

Uncheck lphc35dj0e1an
Uncheck rhc75dj0e1an

Click apply, then ok
Restart computer

Then you need to delete the main files this program uses. Delete the following file:

C:\windows\system32\lphc35dj0e1an.exe

Delete the following folder and all contents:

C:\program files\rhc75dj0e1an

This should remove the program from your system but you probably still have a warning message displayed as your wallpaper in Windows and the virus removed the ability to change the wallpaper or your desktop settings.

To restore ability to change your desktop settings and select a different wallpaper and screen saver do the following:

Start, run

type Gpedit.msc

Navigate to User configuration, Administrative Templates, Control Panel, Display

Right click on Remove Display in Control Panel
Click on Properties and select Disabled

Do the same steps to change the following attributes to disabled:

Hide Desktop Tab
Prevent changing wallpaper
Hide Apperance and Themes tab
Hide Settings tab
Hide Screen Saver tab

You should now be able to use your computer normally and change the wallpaper/screensaver to something other than the warning message Antivirus XP 2008 set it to.

Virus infecting microsoft programs

Its the W32/Rungbu-A virus, it infects Microsoft Word DOC files by copying itself to the same filename but with an .SCR extension, appending the DOC file to the SCR copy, and then hiding the original DOC file.

The W32/Rungbu-A then sets the computer not to show hidden files (in order to hide the DOC file), to give SCR files a Word icon (so the SCR file looks like a Word file), and to hide file extensions (so the SCR file just displays the filename, not the SCR extension). When the SCR file is run, the Word document is displayed as normal.

To recover your .DOC files just follow these steps:

You have to delete all files detected as W32/Rungbu-A.

Set the following registry entries in order to show extensions and hidden files:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
HideFileExt
0

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\Folder\HideFileExt
UncheckedValue
0

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
ShowSuperHidden
1

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\Folder\SuperHidden
UncheckedValue
1

You must change the attributes of the original .DOC files to stop them being hidden.

My answer to your second question, is in November of 2007 the .SCR file extension started to be used to transmit a Trojan. As a script or a screen saver this file can execute other files which carry the Trojan. The SCR file may be embedded within a ZIP file which could also contain a file with a double extension. Many Windows screen savers come with a .SCR extension by default. Usually these will be found in the Windows main directory. Use caution if you receive a screen saver file via E-mail. These files can contain executable code and can be worms or viruses. Note: This file type can become infected and should be carefully scanned if someone sends you a file with this extension.
