Here is the link for the owners manual. I guess the problem we are having with finding the right manual is because they put the numbers 110 in front of the model number 66822690. But this is the link I was given by a Sears Tech for the manual. Hope it helps:)

Visit youtube.com and type in Kenmore dryer repair. You'll find step by step instructional videos to service your unit. BUT.... You've probably burned a belt, but this may only be a symptom of another problem. Something caused the belt to freeze up and burn on the motor pulley. Check the roller bearings while it's apart... Make sure that the motor's turning free and all related rollers, pulleys etc are in good shape... save yourself from having to open it up twice.. Good luck and let me know how it goes. k
Hi Dave. The problem is the drive belt. They aren't that difficult to replace and can be done with just a few tools. I'll need the exact model number off of the dryer to explain how to gain access to it, though. The number can be found behind the door on the cabinet (it'll start with 3 digits then a decimal point then more digits, like this; xxx.xxxxxxx)
