Question about Canon PIXMA MP150 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Computer is sayinng the printer is off-line. I have checked all the connections but they are fine! Pl can you help?
Depending on your operating system you can try the following:
go to your control pannel, find your printers, RIGHT click on the icon for your printer and see if the "use printer online" option is availible.
if this option is not availible, or does not work...you may need to download the latest drivers fro. the Cannon website. (I am only assuming that you installed the drivers from the CD that came with it)
again, if this does not work either....check that the printer IS recieving power and the indicator lights come on(I assume you did this already)
as a last resort, if none of the above work at all....I would bring the printer back to the place of purchase and see if you can exchange for another. Sometimes you do get a lemon.
