I have forgot my 4 digit pasword for my ipod touch 8g

I'm sorry but if you have forgotten the password and there is no way for you to remember it, you then have to restore the iPod.

First, enter DFU mode so iTunes can recognize the iPod and prepare for restore.

go to your settings click general the restrictions enter passcode, and turn on youtube. this should work, if it doesn't maybe go to the place you bought it. Olivia

plug it into your computer and through itunes on your original computer you will be able to reset it. If it is not the original computer that you are using you will be able to reset it but will probably lose the information on it.

Try remove the password on D-Link router, put it on open conditions (no security enabled).It should work.
If still won't connect, try using laptop or any wireless device to connect to router(without password), if connect, then there's something wrong with your Ipod.

install it connect your ipod with your pc

Try taking the battery out and see if it will clear the old password so you are able to put in a new one and then write the new one down somewhere.

try hooking it up on itunes and updating the software ive heard of people having some issues with the internet untill they updated the software on it

i entered in my pass code and went on a vacation with out my ipod and forgot my pass code. is their somesort of universal code to enter to unlock my ipod? pllzz help me!!!!!!!!!!
