Hello,

I will need a bit more information to help.

Are we talking physical drives that are located in the tower or drives as they show up My Computer?

What has recently changed?

Thanks

Dustin

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

RUNNING SLOWLY

Hi Anon depending on which operating system you are using there are various things you can do to speed up your PC, if you are using Windows 8 or 8.1 then press and hold down the Windows key and press Q, in the search box that appears type PC settings, click on PC settings and then select Update and Recovery, from the list that appears select Recovery and then choose one of the recovery options, "Refresh your PC without affecting your files" is probably the best choice. If you are not using Windows 8 or 8.1 you might get a simple speed boost by de-fragmenting your hard drive, if you are using a SSD solid state hard drive then it will not be necessary to de-fragment it.
If you are using an earlier version of Windows then the System restore tool can be used to revert your PC to an earlier point in time, when it ran more quickly.

7. SELECT THE DATE ACCORDING TO THE TROUBLE YOU ARE FACING FROM ()YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SELECT ALL DATES THICKER LETTERS ONE CAN BE SELECTED AS THEY CONTAIN CHECK POINTS)
8. RESTORE
NOTE:
YOUR SYSTEM WILL BE RESTARTED AND SETTINGS WILL BE SHIFTED TO EARLIER TIME BUT BACK UP YOUR OS DRIVE THAT IS C,DESKTOP, MY DOCUMENTS E.T.C LOCATION FOR IMPORTANT THINGS BEFORE DING THIS SOME TIMES MIGHT BE RISY
AND IF STILL THE PROBLEM EXITS EITHER SEE BY FORMATING OR SIMPLY TEST WITH OTHER USB KEYBOARD IF ESC BUTTON WORKS ON USB KEY BOARD THEN
2. CHANGE THE KEY PAD

My pen drive is not working and showing in my computer but is working in others's computer. what is the problem?

Possible that the USB in your PC is faulty and not reacting to the pen drive. Use another port if not scan the PC for virus check the possibility of a OS restoration to an earlier date.
Since the pen-drive is working in another PC there is no fault on the drive and hence the PC must be scanned and checked.

Not reading CD drive

some times the problem is with the windows where some action you've done caused the deletion of the driver of your cd, you could try fix that by restoring your system follow these steps:
1-start menu
2-programs
3-accessories
4-system tools
5-system restore
from which you chose to restore you system to the recent restore point, if not working try the one earlier and so on untill its OKay.
