Question about Logitech Computers & Internet
Reinstalling the drivers should do the trick. If Logitech doesn't provide any Windows 7 drivers for your model, try the Vista ones. They usually work ;)
Here's a link to the Logitech support website where you can download the drivers for your webcam.
If that doesn't work you can also try using Windows Update to see if windows catches any matching drivers.
