Question about Alpine IVA-D310 Car DVD Player
If you are referring to complete units then yes, as long as the IVA-D900 has the auxiliary connectors (they are an option so you might not have it). If you are referring to the mainboard of the IVA-D900, if it can be used in a IVA-D310 body then no - the rest of the components are completely different and you can't even modify the connectors to make then fit at a hardware level - the actual printed board, a multilayer one, doesn't give you access to the corresponding data wires - let alone the fact you will have to modify the firmware.
