Go to Media > press Settings (left of trackball ) > Receive using Bluetooth. That's it.

In case the Media icon is hidden, please follow the steps below

When in Application folder press the button with dots and select show all. It will make all the hidden icons visible. Then you have to remove tick from the hide command to make it normally visible.

Trying to connect Nokia 5800 to prowave bluetooth car kit

you have to make your phone visible to other devices. to do this, go under settings, make sure bluetooth is on, then adjust the visibility of the phone Settings
Select Menu > Settings and Connectivity > Bluetooth.
When you open the application for the first time, you are asked to define a name for
your device. You can change the name later.
Select from the following:
? Bluetooth — Turn Bluetooth connectivity on or off.
? My phone's visibility — To allow your device to be found by other devices with
Bluetooth wireless technology, select Shown to all. To set a time period after which
the visibility is set from shown to hidden, select Set visibility period. To hide your
device from other devices, select Hidden.
? My phone's name — Edit the name shown to other devices with Bluetooth wireless
technology.
? Remote SIM mode — Enable or disable another device, such as a compatible car kit
accessory, to use the SIM card in your device to connect to the network

Passcode needed for Emerson EM225/226

Try setting different visibility settings on your phone (i.e. Visible, Hidden, and Temporary are the three for Bluetooth on my Palm Centro.) It did not work on the hidden setting, even though the Centro could detect the headset, but when I switched it to Visible, it connected to it.
You have the right passcode, because, incidentally, I was searching for the passcode to the headset (I thought it would be an successive sequence like 1234, which did not work), and 0000 worked for the EM226 I own.
If it does not work I recommend that you contact either Samsung or Emerson (Samsung being the one who will be able to most help you).

Bluetooth of my nokia 9300 doesnot detect or get detected by other dvices. No virus. Formatted but same result. Pls help

You might have switched on the bluetooth but kept in hidden mode. try checking the bluetooth setting and change the mode to visible mode. Then your mobile should be detectable by other mobiles

Nokia 6300 Data Transfer

Just check the visibility of your bluetooth, If it is hidden then you cannot pair other devices. You have to set the visibility as "show to all". It will be under bluetooth settings.

Phone shutting down

Is the phone set on 'always visible'? I think on my LG Rumor, if you have visibility sest to hidden, the phone will not look for the bluetooth. Not sure if that's it or not, but wanted to mention it just in case that might be the problem.
