U jst check ur incoming barring services is disable or not. Or contact to Service provider for the same.

How to reset a phone so u don't have to activate it

You cannot use a cellular phone without it being activated and associated with an account. Some apps on a smart phone can be used with WiFi without activation but they cannot be used to make or receive calls.

Is there anyway i can set my phone to only receive calls from certain numbers ?

It depends on the phone and the service provider. So please call your toll free call center of the service provider as this can be sorted out.
You can use the call barring on your phone- open call register to activate. But sometimes the help of the provider is needed to set the account to activate.

Give sirius a call. You'll need the account password to deactivate the radio. If it's lifetime activation, then just let it stay active. The new owner will not be able to access your account, or view any information about it.

I cannot send and receive MMS with my Samsung Galaxy 5 while I'm using sim card issued by Smart Network.

If you can make calls, then it's issue with the service provider. They probably didn't activate your txt features for your account. Call Smart Network to activate. If you can't make calls, then the issue is likely with the SIM card. You need a replacement. Either way, call Smart Network and they will provide you with a new card

How to open the gprs of my 6610i phone?

In order to use gprs on your phone you shall call your customer care and ask them to send you the settings for gprs for your phone. Once you receive the settings save them and make them default settings. After receiving settings you should call your customer care and ask them to activate gprs on your account. Once gprs is activated for your account. Take out the sim for 2 minutes and then re-insert it and you will be able to use gprs.

The message continually comes on Tv screen E30 service currently scrambled

Your sat card is receiving an update, has missed an update, or is in the
process of being killed. If it doesn't activate after 2hrs, you've probably
missed the update and will have to call the provider.

If you've got a proper card and have been away a few days with the power
off, call your provider. Next time leave your box powered on, on a channel

I have a message to call Sirius to subscribe to sat. I called and the account is good and active with correct receiver number. Codes were re-sent by Sirius several times to no avail

wrong electronic ser# you might be paying for service but the wrong box is receiving or bad unit or possibly antenna problems

1) Do you have a Sirius account?

2) Have you called Sirius and given the serial number of that receiver?

Those are the first two things you have to do to get a Sirius receiver working. (The original owner could have changed his account to use his new receiver, if he has one.) Go to - the "activate" part - for details.
