Question about 3Com NBX® V3000 (3C10600BUS)
It sounds like you have the right ports forwarded from the internal IP address of your home router to your work router, but I would assume you'd need to configure the home router to forward those same ports from the router's external IP toward the phone's IP address, whatever that may be (or possibly to a broadcast address.)
Like the above poster said, I've only been able to get this to work in a VPN situation.

I have only been able to get our phones to work when there is a VPN connection between the two locations.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
