PTZ controls stop working

Camera on for days, PTZ would stop working unless I reboot the camera. It happends on an on.

-   We have the exact same isue. When trying to upgrade the firmware to the 'latest' from Sony's website, it shows the old firmware to be 3.14 but the 'new' firmware that will be uploaded to be 3.03. Not sure what's up with that.-   NighthawkGA

Normal 0 Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall the CD or Downloaded software program. When the program asks you to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.
