I had the similar problem. Found this suggestion on the web to reset
iPhone 3G to it's original settings. You may have to restore your media
and data files after resetting. It's the only way out for me since I
can't get beyond the "Apple Logo" thingy, and I am too lazy to bring it
down to the Apple Store.
Try this: 1.) Shut down the iPhone 3G. 2.) Start up iTunes 3.) Hold down HOME button on the iPhone 3G 4.) While keeping the HOME button depressed, plug in the Sync cable 5.) A message will pop up to ask if you want to reset. 6.) Just click YES and the reset process should start.
I believe that the ribbon attaching the keyboard and the screen may have become loose, that is why you are not able to make inputs to your screen. If your fone is still under warranty you should get it replaced as this is a manufacture fault.
Hay hay I did it. How I got it to work is thi, pull out the battery on your samsung pixon. switch it back on and continuesly press the ring button. you should get the menu up to ring some one. then start tapping everything. I did this an managed to get the touch screen and the buttons to work! From Sean
Touching the screen unlock button should not have any effect on the phone while you are talking. Try turning off the phone, remove the battery and sim card, wait 5 mins, then replace battery and sim and reboot. If the problem persisits, and you live in an area where you have strong reception- 3 bars of more- then you need to take back the phone for service either to your provider or an independent, depending on your warranty.
