i dont remember the model but the brand is EPSON. Im sorry but i posted my inquiry on the wrong page. Im having trouble with our LCD projectors, always breakdown no input signal, abnormal user operation and sometimes shuts down itself. the provider has insisted our desktop PC is causing the breakdown which we doubted. If we dont see any bad video projected, seems normal then suddenly breakdowns i dont think it should be the PC> However we have used cabling made by us only. There is a posibility that our tech support has only wired the RGB Hor-Vert signals but failed to complete the groundings. There are instances that the video shifts to one side of the screen or sometimes jitters horizontally but occasional otherwise the view is almost as normal. after a few months ony of using, the LCD started to go eratic, shuts down and unable to start unless unplugged and restarted. In its worst condition, the LCD system will say no signal though it is hooked to the PC. Main question only is that if such an abnormality will be caused by the desktop PC, HP Invent model using Nvidia FX5500 dual display, L:CD is hooked up to the DVI-converted to VGA output. Monitor frequency is set to 60Hzs only, resolution at 1024x768. Or, can lack of grounding will cause the breakdown though POCD systems performs normal in its initial stage. from time to time losses horizontal stability.
