It's an IP/Port setting in your internet settings in the phone. Generally that's sent to the phone in your activation. Your carrier should be able to resend that without much trouble, or in some handsets you can enter/change it manually, but you'll need that information from your carrier as to what value to set that to.
(try powering the phone off for a minute than back on and try it... just to check your connection...)
