Hi With the back off your tv, Look at the power supply and check for bad capacitors, this is usually the case with the sympton you have described. The bad capacitors will be domed shaped or bulged on top and may leak a brown like liquid substance. Possibly valued at 1000uf / 10v Remove and replace any you suspect and if capacitor related this will solve your issue. Hope this helps
Did anyone find out the solution for this??????? I have the exact same problem with my LG 32 LCD. I only had it for a year and a half, and the green light blinks a few times and it shows no picture. Not even a red light when the tv is off. The same thing happened a couple weeks ago and by some miracle it started working again.
Your lamp has most likely blown out. that is what happened to mine and once I replaced the bulb it worked just fine. this is one of the cheaper stores to find a replacement bulb, www.bluestar-online.com
