I dont know how to use this telescope - Vision Optics WDVOTS70176 Telescope

This is a TOY telescope of only 30mm-- smaller than a pair of 10x50mm binoculars. Throw it away and get a useful telescope.

Is it like the picture in your question? Notice the focuser is on the UP side end of the telescope, and the MIRROR is actually the BOTTOM of the telescope. This is called a REFLECTOR telescope.

NEVER buy a telescope off of Ebay or Craigslist unless you know exactly what you are buying. Most of the scopes sold there are cheap toy telescopes and some are simply unusable. Locate a local astronomy club and have the members help you with your telescope.
